Why can't I log in?
If you're having an issue logging in or connecting to your trading platform or WeMasterTrade Dashboard, check these details first:
Check your login credentials: Verify that you're using the correct account credentials to log in or connect. All usernames and passwords are case-sensitive. Always double-check that you're entering the correct credentials as a first step whenever you run into a login issue or connection error. If would like to request a new login, simply click on the reset password button from the account credential screen, and then we will send you a new login password.
Check your connection: The speed of the internet sometimes can be an issue when you log in to the platform. We encourage our traders to use Wi-Fi instead of personal cellular to avoid any slow execution or log-in issues.
Review your risk management data: If your Remaining Daily Loss or Max Loss is zero or None, it means you violated our trading conditions and it is the reason why you can not log in to the MT5 platform. You can also refresh your screen for the most updated data on your dashboard.
Look at the Server Name: Make sure that you used the correct server name in the login area. WMT provides you with live accounts and free accounts, each category it is run by a different server name therefore, make sure that you did not use the wrong information
